(More customer reviews)I ordered the Keen Erin Ballerina Slip-On in Firebrick (red).I have been wearing Keen shoes for several years and usually wear a 10 or 10.5.I ordered this shoe in a 10.5 and it is WAY too short!I was so disappointed in the consistency because if I had known they would run different from other Keen shoes I would have tried to find them in person before purchasing them.I had to return the shoes (which means I spent $10 just to try them on because I had to pay to ship them back!)I hope this helps others when ordering this shoe online.
